At Rainbow Connection, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
